Homework:
I send the Spelling List sheet and the Unit Vocabulary words every Monday. Our homework assignments are written on the board daily. The students are reminded several times to write down the assignments and to get the necessary books in which to do the work. Students receive notes daily to study through the week. Please make sure your child studies nightly and does the homework.
Make sure to check your child's homework sheet. The sheets are given out each Monday, and the students are to write the assignments down each day. Please help to make sure your child does the homework.
***Nightly homework in all subjects consists of studying the daily notes, steps, and examples to prepare for the weekly tests.***

About Mrs. McGregor
My name is Natalie McGregor; I am a Multi Age 4/5 Teacher. My classroom has been self-contained, but I will be partnered with Melody Miller this year. I began teaching in August of 1992. I have been privileged to spend my entire teaching career in the Grenada School District. When I graduated from Calhoun City High School, I attended Northwest Community College. Upon completing my years at Northwest, I transferred to Mississippi State University. While at Northwest and Mississippi State, I attended the Baptist Student Union and Campus Crusade for Christ. In addition to those organizations, I worked in the Library Resources Dept. on both campuses.
**Regarding personal and family information = My husband, Earl, and I recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. We shared this event with our 8 year old son, Christopher. My family and I attend Vardaman First Baptist Church where my husband and I are on the Baptismal Committee.
Classroom Philosophy:
It is my belief that learning is not only a privilege but a responsibility. I believe that every child can learn. I also believe that not all learning takes place at school. Students, parents, and teachers must work together to create a productive member of society.
Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your child's educational experience. I really do appreciate all of the support you have given me. With this type of cooperation, we can successfully prepare your child for a wonderful future. |
