WELCOME TO MRS. LUCIUS' 4TH/5TH GRADE LOOPING CLASS

My name is Corrie Lucius and I teach a 4th/5th grade self-contained looping class.  This is my eighth year of teaching at Grenada Upper Elementary.  In addition to the looping classroom setting, I have also taught in a 4th/5th grade multi-age classroom setting.  I received my Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Master's of Education from Delta State University.  I am married to John Lucius and we have two daughters, Alexa and Elle.  Alexa is in the fourth grade this year and Elle is 2. 

I believe that all students have the ability and right to learn.  As a teacher, it is my responsibility to ensure that each student meets success not only in the classroom, but in life.  I hope to instill in each child a desire to learn and to achieve at his or her fullest potential.
